Service Description: Compass Youth is a trauma-informed, free program that supports youth and young adults aged 13 to 24 who are navigating the impacts of family breakdown. This may include experiences such as parental separation or divorce, transitioning between households, high-conflict co-parenting, having an incarcerated parent, or other family circumstances that affect a young person’s emotional, social, or overall well-being. Participants can access: Up to 10 free individual counselling sessions Workshops tailored to their unique needs and experiences Family resource navigation, advocacy, and ongoing support A safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where they can develop healthy coping skills, strengthen their wellbeing, and build resilience


Fees: Yes, Fees based upon one’s income and individual circumstances.
Application: Self-referrals accepted, referrals also accepted from community and justice services. Call, email or complete the online form.
