Service Description:

Supports for people and families coping with a diagnosis of a life threatening illness and for those grieving
- in-home supports for those who would like to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
- day programs for those diagnosed with life limiting illnesses
- caregiver support
- wellness programs such as Yoga and Mindfulness
- bereavement services, walk and talk groups, bereavement correspondence program
- breavement groups
- one-on-one counselling
- memory bear program
- school programs in YRDSB
- art cafe; camp for children on PA days and one week in July
- referrals to other community services
