Service Description: PeerMission is a harm reduction-focused, peer-led support group and outreach program designed for individuals actively using substances. With a commitment to elevating the voices and roles of People with Lived and Living Experience (PWLLE), this initiative prioritizes marginalized and barriered individuals, including racialized communities, individuals who are transitioning from correctional institutions, those experiencing housing instability, participants in justice-diversion programs, and individuals at risk of justice system involvement. Individuals can drop off and receive new sterile supplies, learn about safter use, participate in workshops. Program operates from a harm reduction model.

Application: Self-referrals accepted, referrals also accepted from community and justice services. Call, email or complete the online form.
