Service Description:
|
The Community Outreach Program is for individuals that are experiencing challenges related to substance use, housing, and food insecurity.
Service includes:
- Supportive counselling.
- Assessment, treatment, and referrals for alcohol and/or drug-related issues to other health professionals, community agencies, and bed-based treatment centres.
- Raising awareness about substance use through community presentations and education.
