Service Description:	Diagnostic imaging clinic general ultrasound musculoskeletal ultrasound vascular ultrasound mammography/breast ultrasound bone mineral density x-rays nuclear medicine studies Ontario Breast Screening Program-All women between the ages and 40 and 74, who are asymptomatic, have no history of breast cancer and no implants, are automatically enrolled in the Ontario Breast Screening Program * woman who meet all these criteria, you do not need a requisition to book an appointment * call 905-989-0911 to book an appointment
