Provision of supportive services (personal care and homemaking) to tenants who currently reside in the building, who are 59 years of age and older and meet the program eligibility criteria * services include personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, security checks, light homemaking, laundry wellness/health promotion activities * the program is not the landlord of the building and information about tenancy should be acquired through Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation
