"About Us"
Routes is a non-profit organization that’s all about connecting people with the supports and services they need to improve their quality of life. Our team of carefully screened, compassionate volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to provide available, accessible and affordable transportation to people who are restricted due to life circumstances such as financial hardship, health issues, and geographic, cultural or social isolation.
